Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have been in contact with several real estate agents in multiple areas with the intention of purchasing an investment property. Very quickly we realized that not all agents are the same and finding one that is responsive to questions, quick to provide their  insight and experience to aid in decision making and willing to perform and provide their own analysis is incredibly difficult to find. Fortunately for us, we found her in Meagan Coscia. She is always available, reponds quickly and completely to all of our questions and her freindly attitute and local expertise has proven invaluable in our search. We couldn't recommend her enough!

Meagan Coscia sold my boyfriend his first home, a couple of months ago, and we are extremely happy here. Decided it was time to buy a house and found Meagan through a friend of mine. Who had also used her. She asked what I was looking for in a home and showed me all of the options.
