Meagan was excellent! She always answered us quickly and arranged showings as early as she could. She came to every showing prepared with all the info we might need about the house/neighborhood. This was the second house I have ever purchased (the first house I had been renting for four years and the owner asked if I'd like to buy the house and how much I wanted to pay so it was a super simple process) so I wasn't very familiar with the whole process. I first reached out to Meagan in March  2013 as I was curious about why a certain property and she was very personable and professional and answered all of my questions. I was in a lease so wasn't looking to buy until March 2014 so she provided me with a timeline in which I should start looking. She checked in with me in April 2013 just to see how things were going. In January I reached out to her again and she updated the timeline and provided details about how long the closing process takes and things of that nature. I already knew the kind of house I had in mind and used Zillow to do most of my searches. Meagan showed me the first house I requested; yuck. The second house on Zillow I ended up buying. Meagan took care of almost everything in researching, pricing and scheduling the appointments for the home inspector, pool inspector, and pool repair. There was never a moment in which I was left wondering what was going on in the process of buying my home. I would use her again in a heartbeat and would most certainly recommend her.

Although Meagan is young, she is very knowledgeable about real estate, and she played a huge role in helping my wife and I find our first home. Not only did she respond quickly, but she provided a great amount of detail and information to make the purchasing process easier/smoother. Meagan helped me find and purchase my new home recently. This is the 5th home buying experience for me, in 4 states, and I've honestly never been more impressed with a realtor! Her professionalism is without question, along with her integrity and market knowledge.
